‘Incandescence’
Lime Flamingo Collective Group Exhibition

3 - 20 March 2022

In the exhibition ‘Incandescence’ Lime Flamingo Collective artists give physical form to memories, dreams and experiences.  The glow of our inner world, the traces left from the emotional state within: the co-existence of light and dark; and the temporal process of perception and renegotiation of identities.

In interpreting the theme I chose to visualise the inner world where thoughts, memories, dreams and experiences are created and stored. Collectively titled ‘My Glass Brain’ the viewer is invited on a journey through the inner sanctum of consciousness, providing unprecedented access to observe the phenomenon of thought creation. My intent is to have the viewer pause and reflect on the awe inspiring process that makes us sentient beings.
